This is very good because you dont have to go to the bank and que up to deposit some money or move some around, you can now do this all from your home or work in you spare time. Online banking is animed at people who like to do thing fast and effectively without the hassle of going to the bank to do it. Its also for people who only want to do small little things in the bank like move around some money, but for big things like move around alot of money or deposit money into an ISA you would have to go into the bank. Online banking also has lots of anti-hacker blocks so all your detailes are safe from any hackers. once loged into the online banking system you are able to do with your money what you would be able to do in a bank but without the hassle and que's. To improve online banking in the future and make it better i would say advance the features they have and strengthen the securaty to make it 100% hacker-proof.

the lack of effective infrastructuaral technology in sun-sharan africa is as followed. the main infastructyaral problem is the telephone. the number of telephones per 1,000 people ranges between 12 and 50 depending on the country and many of the telephone lines that do exist are out of order most of the time. This problem stops people from connecting to the internet because as you know you need a telephone line in order to connect to the internet. the other problems are the lack of hardware in africa. with the lack of new hardware the computer become less effective after a while and if they break they cannot fix them. one of the other big problems is the elecrtical power around africa. The power is diffrent all over the continant which means hardware which work work fine in one place wouldnt work in another place. The moxt pressing need for africa is traning. People need training to use the new machines, i isnt good if these new machines are isnt over and the people dont know how to use them so training is identifiedas the most pressing need for Africa in the terms of ict. What Leads To Being On The Wrong Side Of The Divide?

Countries like Guinea Biseau, Chad, Mali, Burkino Fasso, and Niger are the least digitally-developed countries because they were all part of France at one point so they werent granted freedom untill around the 1960's. This would effect the countries because they didnt have the freedom to move on and try things without france giving the ok first. They have all be subject to dictatorship, and millitary ruling. Some have broken away from it but others still carry on. This means if the country is under a e.g. dictatorship the people arnt allowed to express their own views or way of life so they have to do what the leader says, and as you know the internet i a good way to speak out so they would get rid of the internet all together. So this means id they resently have come out of say dictatorship they have to start all new. They also all have very little internet users and hosts. Mail only has 28 internet hosts and 100,000 internet users compaired to its 12 million people living in the country. The big main reason these contries are on the wrong side of the divide is that they havent had the training and facilities to learn how to use thses new pieces of hardware and software so this could be the main reason they are on the wrong side of te divide.
